Pengaruh Upah Dan Bahan Baku Terhadap Produksi Tahu Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah upah dan bahan baku berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produksi tahu di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lima industri tahu yaitu Pabrik Tahu Okta, Pabrik Tahu Barokah, Pabrik Tahu Disny, Pabrik Tahu Mama Murni, dan Pabrik Tahu Safa. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Analisis Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upah mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap produksi industri tahu di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan thitung untuk variabel upah yaitu sebesar 0,145 dengan signifikasi 0,891. Di samping itu, bahan baku mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produksi industri tahu di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan thitung untuk variabel bahan baku yaitu sebesar 7,159 dengan signifikansi 0,01.
